David Glustrom

David is an experienced trial attorney who has worked on both sides of the courtroom. David began his legal career working for a large civil defense firm in Atlanta where he represented insurance companies. While practicing as defense counsel, David learned how insurance companies operate and became highly proficient in pre-trial discovery, negotiations, achieving settlements, civil procedure and trying cases. After gaining significant legal experience, David followed his passion and desire to help people navigate the legal system, tirelessly advocate on behalf of individuals, and achieve optimal results. As a seasoned trial attorney, with substantial experience arguing jury trials for plaintiffs and defendants, David now specializes in representing victims suffering from serious bodily injuries.

David was born and raised in Atlanta. He completed a dual undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and then returned to his home town where he received his law degree from Emory University School of Law and, most importantly, also met his future wife. He currently lives in Atlanta with his wife and two sons who keep him busy and full of love when he is not practicing law.
